It’s inevitable that sometime you need the attention of a mechanic to fix a part of your body that is complaining. Trail running is anyhow much better than road running in this regard, but none of us are immune.
It’s not easy to find a good physiotherapist in Kathmandu. But here is someone that comes with a recommendation:
Quite a few people asked me to let them know in case I find a very good physiotherapist – well, I did. I found Bhim Subha (9841229994, 016205875) to be an extremely experienced, honest, kind and professional (Hong Kong and UK trained) physiotherapist. A regular home visit is only 1250Nrs. His clinic is in Alka hospital, Jawalakhel.
Recently (2013) there is a new physiotherapy practice very close to the Astrek Climbing wall in Thamel, Kathmandu.
