Ranikot lies in the South-East side of Kathmandu from where you will get one of the most stunning view of the Kathmandu Valley and the whole Himalayan range. The first few kilometers you will run on jeep tracks with local villages and above the Godawari forest. From there will start a steep climb to the highest peak of the valley rim Phulchoki Peak which is 2780 meter. From there you will start to run downhill till the last CP Nallu where you will reach the lowest point of the valley rim run. The last section of this trail is where our runners can enjoy the views of Pharping through the suspension bridge and huge farm area and the last few kilometers will be on the flat where you can feel in the shade and finishing at Pharping.
