November 27 (Day 1)

• 11:00–13:00 – Athlete Check-in
• 14:00–15:00 – MTB Clinic (Optional)
• 15:00–16:00 – Swim Clinic (Optional)
• 17:00–17:30 – Mandatory Race Briefing (12K & 6K Trail Run) and Physical
• Waiver Form Signing
• 17:30–18:00 – Mandatory Race Briefing (Triathlon) and Physical Waiver
• Form Signing

November 28 (Day 2)

• 08:00 – All participants must be at the start line
• 08:15 – Final Briefing – Full Distance / Sprint / Mixed Relay
• 08:30 – START – Full Distance Triathlon (Cut-off Time: 4 Hours)
• 08:30 – START – Sprint & Mixed Relay (Cut-off Time: 3 Hours)
• 08:30 – START – Duathlon (Cut-off Time: 3 Hours)
• 08:45 – All runners at the start point
• 09:00 – START – 12K Trail Run
• 09:00 – START – 6K Trail Run
• 09:15 – START – Kids Run
