Gurje Bhanjyang is located in the North-West side of Kathmandu. The start line is located at the entry point to the Shivapuri National Park. Starting few kilometers is on inclined jeep tracks through the green Shivapuri forest. After about 9 kilometers through the dense forest you will reach an elevation of 2700m and you might see the amazing Himalayan range from the top. After a few meters downhill you will reach to Checkpoint 1 at Bagdwar.From here the trail is an undulating runnable section till CP2 at Chisapani. This will be your last reloading point till the finish line. You can enjoy the beautiful Himalayan ranges on your left side running the last 9 Kms of jeep tracks till you will see our crew members waiting for you at the finish line at Jhule.
