Trail Running Nepal organises races in Kathmandu, and excellent stage races in Mustang Trail Race (April) and Manaslu Trail Race (November). We follow the progress of Nepali runners competing in international events, and try crowdsource support to help girls train and runners travel.

We’ve compiled a comprehensive list of Marathons, trail races, ultras, multi-day events in Nepal as well as good runs around Kathmandu and Pokhara.

We want to encourage you to come and run in Nepal and are ready to answer any questions you have, and we really want to grow the sport of trail running in Nepal, and support exceptional Nepali athletes.
