The race takes place over the week in 6 stages of 6 to 9 kms, on average, with variable height differences. Maximum altitude 1500 m so no impact on your breathing. The race spaces are varied: forests, rice fields … and you will cross small villages, in contact with the local population. No sport level is required to participate in the event. A good physical condition and a regular training is however essential (2 sessions per week of at least 8 kms). The minimum age requirement is 16 years old. The stages take place in the morning and temperatures generally oscillate between 23 ° and 30 ° (at the end of the stage). A camelbak or cans is mandatory during each race.
