A second run of a Kora concept coming up again! A 100 mile almost completed self supported race around Kathmandu on the “valley rim”. Runners will have a route, a starting time, a couple of air stations to eat, and a GPS tracker, but largely will be on their own with a support and rescue team waiting to assist as needed.  For more information, see the TrailManDu facebook event.
