Eleventy-One starts from Spituk Village, which is at 10,982 ft / 3,347 m. It also happens to be halfway mark (111 km) of La Ultra – The High. For first 38 km, it is relatively flat-ish when you get to Karu at an altitude of 11,454 ft. Over next 10 km, there is an altitude gain of 1,150 ft, i.e. at Serthi / Sakthi. This is the only cut-off point, where all participants need to get by 10 hours. Over next 31km the altitude gain is of 4,850 ft to get to top of Worry-La, which is at 17,362 ft / 5,292 m. The route then comes down back to finish 1 km past Serthi / Sakhti.

Plenty of facts and figures on the website of The High – La Ultra.  A key one though is the entry fee which is about 300 Euro.
