A great and not too difficult run very close to Kathmandu. You can find an earlier post about this he with a different decent: https://trailrunningnepal.org/2010/05/jamacho-in-the-kathmandu-valley/
The hard bit is done upfront, and that is giving the price of a beer just to walk in the gate. Then the second hard part is the 5km to the summit, there are a few stepped steep parts with some wonderful level tracks in between. The rest of the run is decent, excepting a few undulations.
