July 31st brings the 25th Davos Marathon, which is held annually in the mountain town in the deepest Swiss Alps.
This year, possibly for the first time, some talented Nepali runners will race under the auspices of ‘Project Davos’. This is a project of Rob Cousins, an athlete and coach from the UK. He was keen to bring some of the training knowledge he had learned over the years in the UK to Nepal and see if it could make a difference to a couple of talented athletes.
The project seems to be going well and the two athletes, Bed and Sudip, are strong by all accounts.
Just 45 days to go before Davos. You can follow the rest of the adventure here: http://projectdavos.wordpress.com/
